The Foundation board has the authority to make rules, amend or modify the rules and regulations of the Foundation and its subsidiary unit fer the Upliftment of the society.

- To propagate and impart knowledge amidst the youth about the ill effects of all abuese and behavioral changes.

- To propagate and impart education to eradicate unawareness and improve the status of the citizens.
